Mobilize 360 was founded in 2015, but our story began years earlier with a dream, a lot of determination, and a corner table at a local McDonald's.
The Early Days
Founder Jake Young didn't even own his first computer until he was 21 years old. At 22, with limited resources but an entrepreneurial spirit, he set out to build something of his own. The company's first "office" wasn't a traditional office at all—it was a corner table at a local McDonald's with free Wi-Fi, where ideas were developed, clients were contacted, and the foundation for Mobilize 360 was built.
Our First Steps
The first business model was simple but effective. We sold advertising on printed flyers and distributed them with every takeout and delivery order from a local Chinese restaurant. As technology continued to change, we knew we had to evolve with it. Those printed flyers eventually became a local coupon app, marking our first step into the digital world.
An Idea Sparks a Movement
Around that same time, Jake often worked from a local cigar shop, where he met Sonny, founder of Cigar Boss. Sonny built mobile apps for cigar shops around the world and introduced Jake to the possibilities of app development. That relationship sparked a new passion and ultimately inspired the launch of Bob The App Builder, a company focused on developing custom mobile apps for small businesses.
A Tribute That Lives On
The name Bob The App Builder was chosen in memory of Jake's brother, Bob, whose entrepreneurial spirit first inspired his love for business. Although Bob never had the opportunity to see the company grow, his influence continues to shape everything we do.
Growing Together
As our clients' businesses expanded, so did our services. What began with flyer advertising evolved into mobile apps, then websites, digital marketing, branding, social media management, SEO, graphic design, video production, photography, signage, apparel, printing, promotional products, and much more. To better reflect our mission of helping organizations grow through every stage of their journey, Bob The App Builder evolved into Mobilize 360—a full-service strategic growth partner.

Today, Jake proudly leads Mobilize 360 alongside his beautiful wife, Meredith. Together they have continued building a family of brands that share a common mission: helping people and organizations grow. In addition to Mobilize 360, Jake owns Troyer Signs, a full-service sign, printing, and apparel company; founded Moxie, a brand dedicated to inspiring hope, resilience, and personal growth through innovative wearable technology; and launched Own Your Story, a nonprofit organization committed to helping people turn pain into purpose by connecting them with hope, support, and resources.
